Enhancing English Learning Through AI: Teacher Develops Interactive Learning Website

Bantul (MTsN 7 Bantul) – English teacher of MTsN 7 Bantul, Armi Setyasih has developed an innovative learning website by utilizing artificial intelligence to support English language instruction. The initiative was carried out on February 10, 2026, as an effort to create more engaging and effective learning experience for students through the integration of digital technology in education.

The main objective of this initiative was to design an attractive English learning medium by making use of AI-based tools. The learning website was created using Canva, which allows interactive content, visual elements, and structured learning materials to be presented in more appealing and student-friendly format.

Armi Setyasih explained that learning English is often stuck by students’ lack of motivation, which requires teachers to make extra efforts to encourage student engagement. According to her, the use of AI-based learning media can help increase students’ interest and motivation in learning English.

Through the development of this learning website, it is expected that students will have greater access to innovative learning resources that support independent and interactive learning. This initiative reflects the teacher’s commitment to adapt teaching strategies to the needs of modern learners by utilizing technology to improve the quality of English language education.(AS)
